Footballer David Beckham was the butt of Barack Obama’s jokes last night. The US president was welcoming the Los Angeles Galaxy, the football team that Beckham plays for, to the White House to celebrate their 2011 Major League Soccer cup victory. Obama joked that the former England was ageing better than him, and joked about Beckham’s recent H&M underwear campaign.
