“The question is whether they have the guts to do it”

 John Longworth, director general of the British Chambers of Commerce, questions the government’s commitment to introducing measures to help growth in the UK economy. A survey produced by the BCC has suggested that there will have been moderate growth in the last quarter, but that business confidence remains very weak.
