The Sun’s front page: our favourite parodies

Cameron as Obama front page gets spoofed.

By George Eaton

I suppose Nick Clegg as Obama was just about plausible, but Cameron as Obama? It’s come to something when a right-wing tabloid is forced to invoke a left-liberal politician in an attempt to get the vote out for their man.

It’s worth remembering, after all, that Rupert Murdoch, like David Cameron, backed John McCain for the US presidency in 2008.

Moreover, as my colleague James Macintyre revealed, Obama was “distinctly unimpressed” by Cameron and considers him “a lightweight”.

Unsurprisingly, the parodies are already flooding in. Here are some of our favourites.
