How PFI has led to madness

Turns out, from talking to staff, that there’s a direct connection between the PFI and the madness on the paediatric clinic. The new design didn’t build in enough consulting rooms. Instead, the massive entrance hall creates a Siberian wind which surges through the building. Ok for an airport, not so great for a hospital.
