Here’s the look of contempt David Cameron gave John Bercow as the Commons Speaker addressed the Queen at Westminster Hall. “You are a kaleidoscope Queen of a kaleidoscope country in a kaleidoscope commonwealth,” Bercow declared, to Cameron’s evident displeasure.

As Bercow concluded, Ed Miliband reportedly turned to Cameron and said “great speech”, a comment that the PM simply “ignored”.
