Neil Hamilton dancing in a perspex box having fish poured on him

2005 was weird.

In 2005, Johnny Vegas had a TV show called 18 Stone of Idiot. It ran for six episodes, and was not commissioned for a second series. One of the recurring segments on it was titled “Humiliate a D-list celebrity”. The first episode filled this slot with former Conservative MP Neil Hamilton dancing in pespex box while Vegas and an audience member pour fish over him.

I tell you this now because even knowing all of that I still cannot quite work out why this clip actually exists:
