The apparent “leak” of parts of the forthcoming Queen’s Speech raises the question of whether there is some turbulence inside the press operation of the Conservative-Liberal Democrat coalition.
As the Observer‘s Toby Helm asks on Twitter:
is the Queen’s speech leak the result of crossed lines and wires in the coalition press/spin/ communication depts which seem in total chaos?
If so, that is hardly surprising, given that Andy Coulson is now responsible for getting press for people in the Lib Dems he once attempted to destroy.
