It’s an empty, patriotic gimmick. It’s entirely pointless. It uses public resources on a foregone conclusion. It’s based on lies (“Friendship with all Nations”, eh?). It’s precisely the amount we’ll be left with in our wallets after Brexit. It’s a concession to the most frothing Brexiteers.
