STOP THE PRESSES!
The Tory housing minister has revealed just how forward-thinking and dynamic this government is, by announcing the latest innovation that architects are designing in 3D. With computers.
“We’ve got to get more people into construction full-stop. But if we have this new way of doing it – 3D architects, 3D visionaries, doing it with it on a computer, doing it, there’s a whole new raft of jobs, and lots of younger people want to come into that, err, new era, err, arena of job.”
Yeah. The wheel, colour television and wireless radio surely can’t be far off now.
Here she is:
Esther McVey explaining that “3D architects” are now “doing it on computers” in an audacious attempt to steal the title of ‘Thickest Plank In Government’ from Liz Truss.
