Watch: Immigration minister Mark Harper tells Iraqi asylum seeker to leave the UK

Confronting Esam Amin on the Sunday Politics West, Harper said that his claim to stay in Britain was "ridiculous".

Immigration minister Mark Harper told an asylum seeker he “should leave the UK” live on television.

Speaking on the BBC’s Sunday Politics West, Harper told five-time asylum applicant Esam Amin that his claim was “ridiculous”. Harper asserted that the Iraqi had no right to remain in this country.
