Social care reforms “about as credible as a Findus lasagne”

New social care reforms were brought in today, which will set a lifetime cap of £75,000 on care costs. But think tanks and other groups have criticised the plan, saying that fewer than one person in five will benefit from it. Here’s the Telegraph:

The National Pensioners Convention described the reforms as “about as credible as a Findus lasagne”.
