What's the PM pointing at? Why's Hillary Clinton laughing maniacally?

Every now and then the Friday caption competition becomes the Saturday caption competition. There’s no good reason — occasionally there’s too much news around on a Friday afternoon, more often than not we simply forget.

Anyway, consider this a Saturday treat — it’s better than watching the Six Nations, if nothing else.
