What did Boris do to Joanna?

Something went amiss when Johnson went to shake Joanna Lumley’s hand.

Joanna Lumley met Boris Johnson at City Hall this morning for the launch of a new furniture recycling scheme. During the photo call, Boris appeared to go to shake her hand, prompting the anguished facial expression you see above.

We can only assume that it was the Ab Fab actress’s reaction to stubbing her toe, rather than the Mayor of London’s close proximity.
