Is this cartoon a step too far?

The <em>Daily Mail</em>’s take on the suggeston that gay couples could get married in churches.


I suppose you wouldn't expect subtlety from a cartoon accompanying Richard Littlejohn's column in the Daily Mail. Now, from the people that brought you sheep getting married in the name of multiculturalism, comes a measured and rational response to the suggestion that civil partnerships take place in churches.


In the words of Littlejohn himself in the accompanying column: "Sometimes words fail even me. There's no limit, is there?"
