Conrad Black told he must stay in the US

Disgraced media baron had wanted to return to Canada.

The disgraced former owner of the Daily Telegraph, Conrad Black, has been told by a judge in Chicago that he must remain in the United States. Black, who was released on bail on Wednesday after serving less than two years of a six-year sentence for fraud and obstruction of justice, had hoped to return to Canada, the country of his birth, pending an appeal against his sentence.
