David Cameron's speech

"No policy announcements"

We'll be blogging on David Cameron's speech to the Tory faithful later today, but in the meantime -- as we await his words -- I am amused by this disclaimer in the BBC's report online:

BBC political editor Nick Robinson [who accidentally described Cameron as the "Prime Minister"] said no new policy announcements were anticipated in Mr Cameron's speech on Thursday afternoon. The Tory leader is expected instead to focus on the qualities he believes will decide the next election -- character, judgement and leadership.
