Justin Trudeau as a young man thrills the internet even more than Justin Trudeau today

Photos of the Canadian president shirtless with windswept hair have emerged, and everyone is in raptures.

This mole has long swooned over Justin Trudeau. The way he welcomes refugees, commits to tackling climate change, has an optimistic instinct for multilateralism, and champions feminism. But it has always tried to resist commenting on the Canadian president’s appearance and physique. Even when images surface of him planking and doing yoga poses. Even then.

Well, whiskers a-trembling, your mole will have to break its rule today. Because photos of Trudeau as a young man, windswept and shirtless, have now emerged and are driving thirstily liberal corners of the internet wild.
