Your MP may be electable, but are they delectable?

A new website lets users rate the attractiveness of every MP.

By New Statesman

“Which MP would you rather have sex with?”

It’s probably not a question you ask yourself regularly, but you will have to if you go to SexyMP.co.uk, the new website that lets you decide just how delectable your elected representatives are.

The usual suspects are near the top. Tristram Hunt is Labour’s most attractive male, with Luciana Berger the party’s highest-scoring woman. For the Tories, the multimillionaire eco-sexpot Zac Goldsmith is the second most attractive Tory male, behind Jo Johnson, Boris’s younger, less chunky, more attractive brother.

Tories dominate the male top ten, with only Hunt and the Labour Co-op MP Chris Evans breaking the Tory chokehold. The Conservative Party’s domination continues in the female category, with Labour’s Berger the only non-Tory MP in the top ten.

THANK YOU

The website’s premise is similar to Facemash, a website set up by the Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg in 2003, which allowed Harvard students to rate the attractiveness of their peers by clicking on a picture of the one they thought most attractive. Whether SexyMP will grow into one of the world’s biggest websites and make its creator a billionaire remains to be seen.

So, Oliver Letwin or Tami Mark?
