DM fail: Nick Robinson accidentally tweets his mobile number

BBC News’ political editor just tweeted his number by accident.

By Media Mole

Poor Nick Robinson. BBC News’ political editor and bespectacled serial umbrella-holder just accidentally tweeted his mobile number, in what was clearly a direct message fail.

But for all those rascals who tweeted a screengrab, here’s a line from Series 2, Episode 3 of The Thick of It they may want to remember:

Hugh Abbot: “God, you’re such a prick, Ollie. There’s more to life than drinks parties at the Foreign Office and having Nick Robinson’s number on your fucking Blackberry.”
