Chummours list (n)

How a failed prime minister rewards his friends.

Origin:

New Statesman reader.

Usage: 

“Cameron made good use of the chummours list to reward his friends and supporters.”

“There’s a silver lining to Brexit – chummours.”

“I’m taking you off my chummours list.”
