Political euphemism of the day

When is a rebel not a rebel?

The BBC has a report on the rebellious streak of many backbench Labour MPs which includes a corker of a line about the new Labour MP Yasmin Qureshi.

She says she does not see it as rebelling – just voting differently from her party.

I wonder what the whips think.
