Covid-19 has been a reminder of how a global crisis can impact billions, regardless of borders, and how working together is key for resilience. And while the world has understandably been preoccupied with this immediate challenge, the climate crisis persists. Indeed, this next global crisis will demand similar responses: multilateral collaboration, innovation and a willingness to change our ways of life.
This second instalment of the New Statesman and Spotlight's Global Policy Forum will convene leaders from politics, business and international organisations to discuss prioritising sustainability as the world deals with the fallout from the pandemic. The forum will focus on how a green and sustainable world can be front and centre in policymaking and in business. Join us on Tuesday 9th February 2021 for insight from leaders on the most pressing global policy questions.
