Sign-up Virgin Atlantic will cut 3,150 jobs and stop operating at Gatwick Airport as it tries to stay afloat during the coronavirus crisis, is has announced. The company employs around 10,000 staff. It will move some of its Gatwick operations to Heathrow Airport. It will continue to seek extra support from government, it said.
