Payments have been rapidly evolving and have become a hot bed for innovative solutions, embedding payments into day-to-day activities and making them seamless and contactless. The rate of change for payment innovation has had spikes of activity but has not delivered consistent innovation. The open banking initiative is yet to deliver customer experience changing solutions.

However, the drive for change is not over.

The UK market is now undergoing central infrastructure renewal programmes that will bring even faster payments, lower costs of operation, longer operating hours, richer payment messages, and new overlay services designed to directly support end-user needs. This innovation is built upon modernisation programmes, digitisation initiatives and most recently open banking APIs.

Join Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for an exclusive round table to discuss how financial services can transform the payments and revolutionize the customer experience with invisible payments. During the event, we will explore new opportunities available in the near future and how organizations can leverage partner capabilities and ecosystem to tap into the exponential value for all stakeholders involved.
