Michael Moore is the Liberal Democrat Shadow Foreign Secretary. He was elected as the MP Tweeddale, Ettrick and Lauderdale in 1997 and 2001 and, following boundary changes has been the MP for Berwickshire, Roxburgh & Selkirk since 2005.
