Daily Show mocks Democrats' idolisation of "mythical" Obama

Don't think that just because Democrats happen to not be the most right-wing mainstream party in the developed world, Jon Stewart is going to let them get away with liking their leader. Obama comes in for some hefty mockery in last night's Daily Show:

Barry Obama & the Dems lean so far left it is incredible. He's upped the ante on Fed spending, from about $ 10 trilion to over $16 trilion in 4 short years! Big government bailout of GM that didn't work, green money pits like Solyndra & now he's taken over healthcare against the Constitution and against the people's will. A massive tax on the middle class with this debacle program. Has congress even read the bill yet?
Split the country, to the point of pushing many folks to gun ownership. It's crazy over here! 15% real unemployment & many foreclosed homes. Leibber is just hedging his bets on the election so he'll still have a show Nov 7th!

Correct. Not all but many Democrats have selective amnesia re: Obama. Despite his continuing many of Bush's horrible policies, they'll still vote for him.
