Award Rules

• Nominators and award recipients must be aged 18 or over on 31 December 2004.
• Award recipients must be residents of the United Kingdom.
• Nominators must justify each nomination with practical indications as to why the nominee should be considered for an Upstarts Award by fully completing the online form. All nominations must be accompanied by contact details for both the nominee and the nominator.
• The organisers reserve the right to reject any or all nominations for failure to provide correct contact details.
• The judges may require further supporting information from nominees. Failure to provide any requested information may result in the rejection of the nomination.
• Entries and nominations may only be submitted online using the form provided. One Word, Excel or text attachment with a maximum size of 100K is allowed per nomination. Please note that attachments over this size will not be accepted.
• All nominations must be received by 6 January 2005.
• All judges' decisions are final.
