Chart of the day: Instagram bought by Facebook

Instagram was acquired by Facebook for $1bn on Monday. The social network has almost 30 million users, but just 13 employees. Andy Ihnatko argues that the buyout makes little sense, while Andy Baio thinks the numbers just reflect the smoother way sites can be run today.
