Centura Health Service Center (CHSC) is a non-profit organization, formed with a combined effort of two sponsors, namely the Catholic Health Initiatives and the Adventist Health System. The center is a health care system aligned with number of hospitals in Colorado. It provides hospitals, home care, hospice, infusion, home medical equipment and oxygen services and health care services in seven senior living communities. CHSC operates and maintains service centers throughout the metro Denver area, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Canon City, and several other mountain communities. It encompasses almost 12 hospitals, communities and living facilities for rendering services. The center is headquartered in Colorado, the US.
