WAO (World Allergy Organization) is engaged in developing and conducting educational outreach programs of allergy and clinical immunology. It is an international organization whose members consist of 84 regional and national allergology and clinical immunology societies. It provides direct educational outreach programs, symposia and lectureships to members in nearly 100 countries. In addition, it also offers in scientific symposia in developing areas and jointly sponsors postgraduate programs on allergy and clinical immunology during professional, non-allergy association congresses. WAO provides advice and active support to member societies for building a global alliance of allergy societies. It provides education in allergy of allergic diseases resource center, global resources in allergy, world allergy forum, seminars and conferences and emerging societies programs. It offers a wide range of services namely, research fellowships, allergy training resources and research documents. WAO is headquartered at Wisconsin, the US.
