In this newly created role, Ms Groty will focus on shaping the firmâ€™s new business offering as well as key client growth. She will partner with senior leaders of the agency to determine where the firm will focus time, invest in talent, do research, network and grow relationships.
Ms Groty will also be working closely with internal and external market analysts to determine the firm's global growth opportunity and strategy.
Ms Groty has extensive external communications skills having advised many global Fortune 500 companies. She has provided counsel to and led campaigns for leading brands from the US, Europe, India, Korea and Russia including Apple, Compaq, HP, LG, NASSCOM, Better Place and Abbey Road Studios.
Prior to joining Hill & Knowlton in 2002, Ms Groty was managing director of Beattie Media where she built its London operation from scratch. Her career began at ABC News, Washington, DC.
