In his new role, Mr Rosario will focus on creating high-quality products and will work directly with the firm's customers and potential customers to custom-develop products to grow their businesses.
Previously, Mr Rosario has owned his own restaurant - the Apple Orchard Restaurant in Ipswich, Massachusetts. He was also involved in teaching regional French and Italian cuisines at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge; and worked with companies named - Bertucci's, Naked Fish, High Liner Foods, Joseph's Gourmet Pasta/Buitoni USA and most recently at Nestle's R & D Center.

Founded in 1903, Handy is a seafood processor in the US and is the processors of crab products. It brings high-quality seafood products to food service, retail, and clubs. They employ the industry's most stringent quality standards as evidenced by their having received Silliker's gold certificate with an excellent rating of 97 percent.
