Consolidated revenues were $1.36 billion for the third quarter of 2011, compared to $1.24 billion for the same period in 2010.
EBITDA was $371.3m for the third quarter of 2011, , an increase of 39.6 percent, compared to $265.9m for the same period in 2010.
For the third quarter of 2011, consolidated EBITDA margin was $ 27.3 percent and Construction Group EBITDA margin was 15.6 percent.
For the nine months of 2011, net income was $554.4m an increase of 35.8percent, compared to $408.2m for the same period in 2010.
Consolidated revenues were $4095.4m for the nine months of 2011, compared to $3576.7m for the same period in 2010.
EBITDA was $1.06 billion for the nine months of 2011, an increase of 38.7 percent compared to $4.29 billion for the same period in 2010.
For the nine months of 2011, consolidated EBITDA margin was 26 percent and Construction Group margin was 15.1 percent.

During the first nine months, our consolidated EBITDA and net income grew 38.7% and 35.8% respectively over the same period last year. During the quarter, our consolidated EBITDA and net income rose 39.6% and 24.0% respectively over the same period last year and 2.9% and 10.7% over the previous quarter. The net income reported during the third quarter reflects the recent rise in tax rates in Egypt from 20% to 25%.â€
