Fagan will be responsible for the installation of the HVAC systems at the 234,000 square foot Hollywood Casino, which will open early 2012.

EMCOR gives life to new structures and sustains life in existing ones by its planning, installing, operating, maintaining, and protecting the dynamic systems that create facility environments - such as electrical, mechanical, lighting, air conditioning, heating, security, fire protection, and power generation systems - in virtually every sector of the economy and for a diverse range of businesses, organizations and government.
The Fagan Company provides comprehensive mechanical contracting, maintenance services and refrigeration services for commercial, industrial and institutional projects, including office buildings, hospitals, colleges and universities, telecommunications, supermarkets, schools, warehouses and industrial facilities.
Bill Adams, president of Fagan Company, said: “We are pleased to have been chosen to help develop Hollywood Casino, where we’ll have the opportunity to provide a system that is integral to keeping the anticipated hundreds of thousands of visitors a year climatically comfortable.
“Having the expertise and scope of services to provide the mechanical services required for this unique property is something in which we take great pride.â€
