no

Because it will penalise people who do deserve them as well as those deserving of public condemnation for having directly or indirectly caused the recent bank funding crisis. Another way to resolve the issue is for the tax rules to be amended so that salaries and benefits above, say, £150,000 annually are disallowed for business tax relief. If high salaries and bonuses are a critical part of a business's expenses offset against revenue for tax purposes then disallowing the excess should concentrate the thinking of senior management!

No, it is time that the Gov explained what signing of the Lisbon Treaty means to everyone's tax position. Plus will the UK Armed Forces be signed over to the EU?

yes

NO the army wont be signed over to Europe. That is just nonsense. If it were to be, all other EU states would be up in arms too! The UK isn't the only to be patriotic. Germany, France, Spain, Italy all the big and small are all very patriotic and would never do that!

On the Bonus Windfall tax. Yes definately. Make them pay, finally for the mess that they have caused in this nation. Should have been a condition on the bail out. Not only that but the funds can go to paying for the Bankers deficit and also open a few schools too hopefully! While we are at it, a North Sea Oil tax maybe too, look how much Norway makes from their windfall oil tax!
