google in the obama phone lady, cleveland - the 47% speak.

The 'Obama phone lady' is incorrect; Reagan began the phone program and Bush expanded it. It was originally designed to give free cell phones to at-risk women in abusive relationships. It was expanded to make sure that people looking for work would have phone numbers (hard to get a job without a phone number!) and the minutes are limited to 200 a month, which is easy to burn through if you've ever been put on hold.

As usual, there's a nuance to these talking points that the Republicans like to push but don't want to actually, y'know... research.

another inconvenient fact for Romney is that his own father received Federal handouts when he moved to the States from Mexico. he was on "Welfare Relief" and received cash, food, clothing etc from the Federal Government.

so as Stewart pointed out; even Mitt's own dad wouldn't vote for him.

as i am forced to say more often than i imagined possible, you couldn't make this shit up. it's so entertaining!

so as Stewart didn't point out; we must redistribute taxpayer wealth, and you did not build that!

Bwahahahahahahahahahahahaha! It baffles me why you keep referring to John Stewart's ethnicity. That's nothing whatsoever to do with anything, especially not Mitt Romney dissing half of America as shiftless freeloaders. Well, actually, it doesn't baffle me, but we won't get into why you might be extra superduper worried what ethnicity someone might be. And bwahahahahahahahaha 'Fox 'leans' right'. That's priceless. If Fox leaned any more right, Mussolini would come back from the dead to co-host with Sean Hannity. And bwahahahahahahahaha 'Don't believe the polling'. Oh sure, okay, Master John Cheese, we shall believe instead in Glenn Beck. Though I guess the bright side is being called shiftless freeloaders is one step up from being called Nazis. (see: Lewis Black's Glenn Beck has Nazi Tourettes Daily Show episode)

I think each of should accept the source of any comment made by commentators/comedians about politicians. Most Americans have already made up their minds about who they will be voting for in November so there is no reason to get upset about the numerous comments from the left or right wing talk show hosts.

"I think each of should accept the source of any comment made by commentators/comedians about politicians."

that would be worth pointing out if it did not totally miss the point; Romney made totally unacceptable comments for a potential POTUS.

i use the word unacceptable not only because they were racist, but also insulting to the elderly, veterans, and those who Bush and other administrations took out of Federal income tax. yes Bush on purpose took millions of low wage Americans out of income tax, but they still contribute via payroll tax. but you knew that didn't you? yes, no....?

the fact that commentators highlight just what a piece of work Romney is does not magically make Romney's claims acceptable, or unimportant and irrelevant to the election. his comments will have cost him yet more votes. that you wish to ignore this speaks more of your state of mind than dealing with reality. from this i have to assume you are a Republican?

The important issue is Stewart's opinion, not how many people watch his show. I agree with him and point that Mitt Romney, finally, uses his wife Ann as a shield, that is shameful.
