The video, which has been produced by Dominic Minghella - the writer of the ITV series Doc Martin and the BBC's Robin Hood - and Mark Lucas, who has worked with Barack Obama and Nelson Mandela. In the tape, Jowell re-introduces herself to Londoners and Labour voters, describing her pre-politics career in social work, before rattling through her greatest hits on SureStart and bringing the Olympics to London.
