Quote of the Day: Thom Yorke on David Cameron

Radiohead singer says he'd "sue the living shit" out of the PM if he used his music.

I can't say I love the idea of a banker liking our music, or David Cameron. I can't believe he'd like King of Limbs much. But I also equally think, who cares? … As long as he doesn't use it for his election campaigns, I don't care. I'd sue the living shit out of him if he did.

Thom Yorke warns David Cameron not to campaign to a soundtrack of Radiohead.

P.S. Check out for some suggestions all the same.

"Everything in Its Right-Wing Place" is the pick of the bunch.

The NS Podcast #150: Englishness, X-men and Equality

The New Statesman podcast.

This week, Helen and Stephen try their best not to talk about the EU. Instead they turn to Boris Johnson’s media strategy, MP’s expenses, and Labour and the idea of Englishness. They go down-the-line to the Lobby with George Eaton. Then Henry Zeffman joins to discuss the politics of the new X-men movie. You also ask us: what does the future hold for the Women’s Equality Party? (Helen Lewis, Stephen Bush, George Eaton, Henry Zeffman)
