Knowing what I know now, I would resist the temptation to resort to the law to tackle the harm from cannabis.
Education, treatment and information, if we can get the message through, are perhaps a lot more effective.

Who paid her then to make that older decision...and whom is paying her now?
too little too late. just another career politician who's personal lack of spine made an already serious problem far worse.
it's bad enough when politicians make grand plans on our behalf in fact-free areas such as the economy, but when empirical evidence is freely available they need to act on data only. when it comes to alcohol and drugs in general they have all the evidence regarding relative harm any reasonable person could possibly want.
