New Statesman General Free Draw Terms and Conditions

Each week, the New Statesman carries within its pages, Free Prize Draws for a variety of products. In addition to any specific terms and conditions printed alongside these free prize draws, the following general terms and conditions apply.

1. No purchase necessary, just write the answer to the question on a post card and send together with your name, address and telephone number to; Reader Offer, New Statesman, 3rd Floor, 52 Grosvenor Gardens, London, SW1W 0AU. Entries must be received before the closing date printed alongside the offer in the magazine.
2. Draws will take place no later than four weeks after the closing date as indicated in the given reader offer as published.
3. No cash alternative is available.
4. Unless otherwise stated, New Statesman prize draws are open to UK residents only (must be over 18) except employees of New Statesman, their families, agents or anyone professionally associated with the offer.
5. The Publisher will make all reasonable efforts to notify the winners within 48 hours of the draw taking place.
6. The decision of the Publisher is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. By entering the free prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
