What diplomacy?

John Kampfner would not want to resort to a diplomatic solution if hundreds of rockets were being fired on London from Wales or Scotland on a daily basis. Like the Israelis, he would want to take out the perpetrators, embedded in blocks of flats, hospitals, churches and schools, with all possible speed.
