Letters - Net Nanny strikes again

John Kampfner's problems with Net Nanny (Observations, 23 February) are known in the computer industry as the "Scunthorpe effect" - from when the inhabitants of that town found that Net Nanny wouldn't let anyone send e-mail to them. I must add that this type of product doesn't do much good anyway. Any child of average intelligence can find a way round it in minutes.
