Healthcare at a price

If Rosie Waterhouse ("Clause that will savage the NHS", 13 August) thinks the Health and Social Care Act has introduced charges in the NHS for the first time in 50 years, how does she explain the £354 I have just paid my NHS dentist for treatment that would have been free 50 years ago?
