I'm an old cowpoke down from Basingstoke,

But my roofs won't hold, and I'm stony broke:

I'm a bogus cowboy who bodges cracks,

Never shifted sand or cement in sacks,

And I sure ain't fixin' to pay no tax -

I'm an old kingpin from the Min of Spin,

With a snakeskin hide, and a barefaced grin:

I've been out with them and been in with us,

I'm the rustlers' friend and an awkward cuss,

And I took the wheels on the campaign bus,

I know all the truths 'bout the cowboy trail,

How a house of straw needs a dodgy bale,

'Cos I read them all in the Daily Mail -

Hey, yippie-yi-yo-ki-yay
