East Cambs On-Line (ECOL) is a whole new scheme especially for those living in rural locations and without computers at home to provide learning opportunities. As part of the governments UK On-line initiative, the East Cambs on-line project (ECOL) is targeting people over the age of 18 to help them become computer literate and able to take advantages of the many benefits this new technology has to offer. The scheme effectively makes computers and the Internet available to people who do not have these facilities at home………ALL ABSOLUTELY FREE. Christopher Scurrah
