This site is the main communcation vehicle for the governments cross departmental effort to involve young people in the very heart of policy making. Divided into two sections, the site acts as a forum and resource for young volunteers who meet regularly with government ministers and officials to comment and consult on issues that effect them. It is an excellent example of helping young people who are still too young to vote to understand and participate in the democratic process as well as understanding how government works on a day to day basis as well as how it develops long term strategies. ed riseman
