The website code was created with web-standards and accessibility in mind. There is a strict separation of content, style, and functionality. The site undergoes regular automated and manual testing for accessibility and markup validity, ensuring the XHTML code on each page is fully valid to W3C standards and the site is compliant to at least Level AA (Priority 2) of the WCAG 1.0. A wide assortment of browsing technologies are used to ensure content is available regardless of the software used to access it. Several assistive functions are used on the site including access keys, 'skip to content' links, and a high-visibility text option. John Fox
