The Viva! Project is a registered Charity to support and facilitate leisure and training opportunities for young people with and without disabilities. Members are aged between 11 and 25 years and live in Rhondda Cynon Taff. Members design and take part in activity programmes designed to promote community participation at all levels through challenging aspirations, broadening experiences and gaining new skills. At the same time they encourage young people to increase their independence and to make more informed choices about their lives. Viva! also works to raise awareness in promoting young disabled people as valued citizens. Their fun website is designed to empower young people and give the project members a sense of ownership and involvment in its content and activities.
