The Love Lewisham website allows residents of the borough to download a programme to run on their mobile phone, or upload digital pictures, enabling them to inform the council of fly tips, graffiti or problem areas for litter in the borough and to follow progress with the case through the website. The Council will also send an SMS message back to users mobile phones telling them the outcome of the photo they sent in.
