From Careers and Learning to Health and Relationships, the site equips young people with the facts and advice they need to make important life choices.
Young people can search for information themselves or use the easily accessible communication channels to contact qualified Connexions Direct advisers. Advisers are available from 8am to 2am every day of the year and answer e-mails, conduct confidential one-to-one real time web chats and handle telephone calls and text messages from young people.
The site allows young people to access national information, advice and support from one central location. They can also use the Local Services feature for local information and face-to-face support.
The design, style, tone, content and functionality used throughout have been researched with a wide range of young people to ensure the site meets the diverse requirements of this broad age range.
Over 5,000 young people interact with the site daily. They vote in the polls, offer peer to peer advice in Ask Yourself This and share their life experiences in Tell Us Your Story.
